Feet in the air sit-ups with 10lb plate in the air ( I think that’s the technical name)

Torso rotation

3x15 each side

Heavier heavier heavier

On torso on all legs


Smith machine squats

Squat machine ( go low low low)

Calf raise seated machine

Deadlifts


Without my camera crew ( TheBibleGirls) it’s pretty hard to get shots of all of this.
